Farmer's Tyre - COVID-19 Update

During the current outbreak of COVID-19, our priority is, as always the well-being of our customers and employees. Throughout this crisis, Farmer’s Tyre Ltd will endeavour to continue to serve the local and national agriculture community alike and we will do our best to navigate through these truly testing times and support you and your businesses as best as we can.

With this in mind, we need to make some temporarily changes to our normal day-to-day operating procedures, to ensure our customers and our employees are protected.

As of today (23rd March), the Farmer’s Tyre site at Burnt Heath Farm will be operating by appointment only. We require all customers to phone ahead (01926 632269) for all repairs, tyre fitting and order collections. This will allow us to restrict the amount of people waiting on site to a minimum and better control work flow through our workshops.

When you arrive on site, please stay in your vehicle and call the office on 01926 632269 and we will have someone come to you.

Whilst you are on-site, we request that you stay out of all workshops and remain in your vehicle where possible and in accordance with government guide-lines, please maintain a minimum 2m distance from Farmer’s Tyre staff.

We would like to reassure everyone that we are taking the necessary steps to follow all the guidelines given by the NHS and UK government and that we will be monitoring the situation closely and responding to the rapid changes every day.
